Straightened a bit of the ramshorn today. Seems a doddle to do.
Put a bit into a large stainless flask (the ones with the large mouth you can put stews into) and poured boiling water in, left it for half an hour, pulled it out and put it in a vice with soft jaws.
How easy was that?
