Has anybody seen the awardwinning documentary "the great dance"?
It was shown on Dutch television last saturdaynight and I taped it (well, most of it...). When I watched it on sunday I was thrilled by it. It's a film about the life of the bushmen hunter/gatherers in the Kalahari desert and has lots of bushcraft & love for nature in it. It is superbly shot and the most fascinating part was the special kind of hunting where the 3 hunters literally ran a kudu to exhaustion! This last sequence is also featured in an episode of David Attenborough's "life of mammals" and is literally mindblowing.
Unfortunelately my tape ran out so I missed the end of the film (story of my life...)
Her's a good threat with some more info about the film:
