The Essex Way Harwich to Enfield Camping as I go?

The new year brings the usual push to get fit so I have decided to walk/hike and bushcraft camp as I go mainly at weekends.
I love geocaching too so if I can combine the 3 it will tick all the boxes, the only question is when and where to sleep and routes,.....

Has anyone any thoughts, prefer to do Essex or Suffolk
