I just downloaded the tinypic media manager, and the photo sizes seem to come out a bit bigger than if you just put them up straight from the site
 
Cool, I use either facegook or photophucket, with the conversion size to roughly the same size you have there, it seems to me to be the best for not loading to slowly but still showing enough detail to make the pic worthwhile, Nice pup too dude!
 
yeah i though I would get the media manager to cut upload times. Now I can just stick a load of photos in the list and leave it to do the lot.

I use imageresizer which integrates into Windows Explorer. Right click and click resize then pick your options. For the human eye a resolution of 640X480 is ideal for the net without loosing quality.
