Anyone else know this name? Or got another name for it? It's a recipe I got from my wife, through her Cornish father. Real simple and tasty beach/camp recipe of finely cubed potatoes, onion and bacon. Cooked with a bit of oil and water and served with HP sauce and a bit of sand for authenticity.
