Just a vote for this knife.
I've had one for several months now and its the best edc legal knife I own.
steal at that price too

Bought one at the Mudcraft Show a month ago...very strong, sharp, nice grind. Can't say I've used it specifically for carving but with the scandi grind it should be reasonable enough....I've cut thin green wood while gardening, clearing etc. I can't measure the blade width at this minute but I'd say it's between 2 and 3mm so somewhat chunkier than a bespoke Ben Orford or Frosts carver. Good general purpose slightly heavy duty EDC would be my description...
