The maple sap started running so I was out tapping som trees. I'm going to have 6-7 trees this year and hope to get 2-3 liters of syrup which is over 125 liters of sap
One of the loveliest sounds of year is the dripping of sap into the metal bucket. Natures cadence, the steady drip.
