tanning chemicals

hides are fleshed dried and ready to go. don't have and can't find tanning chemicals!!!!! can anyone help? looking to use alum salt. A UK source would be best as i'd like to get it done soon. thanx

I have used these for tanning:

I never looked to see what the chemicals actually were (D'Oh!), just followed instructions, but they seemed to work OK on a red deer skin.

thanks for the advice got my catalougue in front of me. anyone got experience with K-tan or white tan. I'm tanning a fallow hide a roe hide (one with fur one without) and a squirrel.
