Soft and silent outer, waterproof drop lining, plenty of pockets with waterproof zips, ventilation zips on the inside legs, adjustable leg ends, braces buttons. I wore these once in torrential rain and they did the job beautifully. They've got a little dust on them (smoke-free home) so I'd be happy to put them through the wash before postage if you wish.
