I made one a while ago and can send you a photo when I get home if you are looking for ideas. I quite like the mini Svord simply because it is compact and suits a lateral sheath.

Yeah cheer's, All idea's / tips welcomed as I'm not really keen on spending 9quid on the suede one's for it, as they don't look like they'll last long.

What about an offcut of seatbelt webbing strap from a scrap yard?
it's easy to sew and would cost very little

Yeah I've got the Webbing 1's thank you, I'm going to try the Leather 1's next.
Both to be honest, I just wanted to have ago at making afew to see how they turned out and then buy a decent one for when I'm out and about up the wood.
