SVORD Peasant knife Sharpening help?

hi, I have a Orange Peasant knife that I got from the group buy,and I have cut it down to make it a Legal Carry,Now I'm looking for somebody to re-bevel and sharpen it for me.

If you head over to BB there is a guy called Longstrider who is a legendery sharpener, dont know if he is a member here though.

It can be convexed really easily, makes the edge robust.

Not sure how much he charges, but I wouldn't spend too much in sharpening a simple knife that costs less than twenty quid!

They are idiot proof, which is why I got one.

I use mine to sharpen Svords, moras and all my small blades. They go through ebay regular for less than £12.

I sharpen free hand on Hoodoos and stones. I don't shave with my knives like Mick Dundee but I certainly wouldn't want to pass any of them over my throat! I have seen others who have used the Lansky system though and they get great results for very little training and technique required. For anybody not too sure and they want a foolproof sharpening system, then I can't see anything much better. They're all similar in their end results but some systems are bloody expensive for what they are!
