This is a used but excellent condition Stu Mitchell 060 in a very attractive leather sheath. Some scratches to the blade from use, but no battening and the handle is in fantastic condition. Would benefit from a sharpen but I'd prefer to leave that to you rather than trust my skills.

What’s the steel ?

Stu uses SF100, from Outokumpu, for a lot of his knives; this looks to me like it's SF100.

He has in later years used SF but not in the early days. I’ve emailed him to enquire but no reply as yet. And it’s too late for me now anyway

What’s the steel ?

To the best of my memory, the steel is O1 and the scales stabilized sallow. I was tempted to buy it back!
