strange shroom?

Saw a very odd shroom whilst walking the dog this morning.

Did not get a picture as had no camera, (Will get one tonight)

It was bright (Vivid) green with a white rim. typical shroom shape, not much to go on but any ideas?

Was it shiney ?

Could have been a waxcap, I once described one like a fruit pastille with the sugar licked off.
