Is this cotton or nylon?

i believe its nylon and made by arktis but i cant say that for dinfinate as there is no label or any means of identification, i chest pocket elasticated wrists, and hood with visor and cord pulls and cord pulls at hem open to sensible offers

Can you give me a measurement please, as I find sizes differ somewhat ?

neck to hem = 25 inches front
= 28 inches back

length of sleeve from neck =32 inches
