Spoon Blank With The Axe

Following my post yesterday re the hazel spoon, i was asked by a member if i could show the process i use to carve a spoon out.

I dont have any current video/photo essay due to my current lack of mobility, but i do have the below video on my YouTube channel from a little while ago showing how i carve a spoon blank out.

This is just my way of doing things, it may not be the best or the most efficient, but it works for me.
