Another great spoon!

Does the spalting affect the taste of the wood? Unspalted sycamore is supposed not to impart any flavour to the food, and I've always been a bit wary of making domestic utensils from spalted wood.

Cant say ive ever had any issues or noticed any difference when using spalted wood
