Source of stove carbon material?

This caught my eye on ebay... 300540268328 ... Says it's made of carbon and it looks sort of like the carbon felt used in stoves?

I'm not saying it will work as I have not used it myself but it may be a really cheap source of stove wick?

If it's anything like the filter I swapped out in our kitchen a few months ago it won't last two seconds once you light it, that one might be different though.

I've used those glass fibre welding/brazing mats for stove filling

very good for stoves and you can run it dry. so used a lot in alcohol stoves.
