Hi guys,

Has anyone heard of, seen or used one of these?

http://source-military.com/packs/46-idf-pro-90l.html

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAWCbN6Y2K4">

They seem to be loaded with features, most of the inspired by other packs.

For example:

"Kifaru style" Delta straps, Precision lift shoulder adjustments, snow collar, lid securing strap, and PowerPull.

"Lowe Alpine Stingray style" Back adjustment system, side pockets for ice axe/axe/parang, top/bottom access and compartment separator.

It also has a bergen like top lid, and accessory pouch on the front, helmet compartment and 2 6L side pouches.

Did I mention its a panel loader as well?

For 300$ with a UTA,bladder and shipping, it seems like a real steal!

I am (or was) saving up for a Kifaru, but this looks like it takes the best of all these packs and turns them into one, I am tempted! It does weigh 3.8kg though....:eek:

Sadly, Malaysia (where I live) doesn't allow the import of Israeli goods, and this is too big for the customs not to notice, so if anyone in the UK stocks or has one of these that they don't want or need anymore, please let me know, and why! I will be glad to buy it when I am back over next year.

Thoughts?

Source hydration products I think are now standard issue for the USMC and the IDF. A 3.4Kg pack is heavy for a civilian pack but average for an ILBE USMC or a Kifaru pack. The only items I have that are source are a 3L hydration bladder and a pair of sandals from 1996! Both going strong for what its worth!

Edited to add that all pack videos should be made like that!
