Helle utvaer fixed blade, the sheath it came with wasn't much good so I have a custom leather one and a kydex/leather hybrid included. Handle has been treated with Danish oil

What is the condition of the Tops knife?

It's been carried, but can't get on with neck knives. It hasn't had the secondary bevel sharpened out of it, and I might of tried making a featherstick with it but not much else- and a small amount of stropping.
