Another year, another clearout. I've been wanted to buy myself a Maxpedition Sitka for a couple of years now and since I've managed to accumulate so spare much gear I thought I'd try and raise the funds by offering a few things for sale here.

All prices include postage.

Snow Peak Trek 900 Titanium pot. Includes Minibulldesign aluminium lid with wooden handle. £Sold

Nanok Endurance -10 sleeping bag. Excellent condition, from a smoke free home. Includes a Sea to Summit eVent dry bag. £Sold

Sigg 1L bottle. A few dents and scratches. £7

Drinksafe Systems Travel Tap. Excellent condition, only had about 20 litre of water through the filter (max). £20

Shakespeare Trion XT 7'6" 4wt fly rod, 3 piece. Unused, in rod case. £Sold

Opinel No. 8 knife. Nice patina, well used but in good nick. £Sold

Could I have first dibs on the Nanok bag please? I would be grateful for a bit more info though please.

Is it down or synthetic? How small does it pack, how much does it weigh (is 2.3kg correct?) and does it have the internal draft baffles that draw tight around the shoulder / neck?

The Nanok -10 is a synthetic bag with zip baffle and neck baffle too. Good roomy well made bags but a little dubious of the ratings given. I have the endurance 0 and the Endurance -25.

Thank you for the review .... Im afraid I am out of the running then - I need a new down bag but this one is heavier than my existing synthetic bag. Im sorry to have caused confusion.

Not to worry. It is quite a big synthetic bag but I've been down to around -5 and stayed really warm, which is more than can be said for my down North Face bag. Of course there are positives and negatives of both down and synthetic.

Wouldn't say that about nanok at all. I have an airlock -5 and a synthetic -5 and have been to at Least -8 if not -10 and been comfortable with a good mat and bivvy.

Fair enough, I've had my nanok bag for more than five years and it has served me well, just personal preference and opinion.
