Ski hooks, where from?

Hi I am after what I believe are called ski hooks, they are the sort of hooks you get on walking boots near the top that the lace wraps around.

Any one know of a supplier?

You can generally buy them by the 100 and they need a simple but special tool, cobbler may be cheaper.
