Hi

After a crap nights sleep last camp I wanted to try a self inflating mat but I wasn't wanting to spend loads in case I didn't get on with it.

These are lighter and pack smaller than the Aldi ones on offer just now.

I'll add the dimensions here shortly, i still plan on taking my roll mat for underneath this,I would take my camp bed as well If the darn thing wasn't so heavy.

A quick inflating on the living room floor and it's thinner than I imagined them to be but maybe the combo of both mats might let me get a decent kip.

P.s they only cost a tenner!

Dimensions inflated 186x53x3cm and has compression straps permanently attached.

I bought one of the Aldi ones over year or so ago. I've never used it outside of the house as it's huge. I bought a vango before for a tenner. that ok, as was the girlfriends argos special.

I used to swear by self inflating mats but in colder weather I prefer insulated blow up ones.
