Scotland trip

brumstar123 and i are planning a trip to the cairngorms in august, wanted to know if anyone had any advice/tips, any good spots, what the predominant wood type is, any bylaws we should know etc etc, may be taking kayaks so any good woodland camping spots on a loch would be great to know. thanks in advance, gregor and brum

Great resource toddy, thanks a lot, there is an entire PDF file dedicated to hillwalking, kayaking and wild camping so it has everything we need. Can anyone out there suggest a Loch or two within the park that are particularly habitable and quiet?
