I use a long handled titanium spoon, an Aliexpress special as others have pointed out here.

My one bit of advice, if you go down that road, is to spend a couple more quid and spring for one with a polished bowl/spork end - it rankles my brain every time I take a mouthful of the rough, raw finished titanium.

I ended up polishing some of my Ti stuff with Autosol! The long handled spoon is my favourite spoon ever.

Oh really! Does it smooth the finish off? I'd assumed Ti would be too hard to sand down.
Ti isn't particularly hard. Polishing certainly makes a difference. I think initially I was concerned that the matte finish is harder to clean and might harbour bacteria - especially in sub optimal washing conditions while camping etc. The final straw was the way tea and coffee stains stuck to it. I did use a rotary buffing wheel on a drill so it might take a lot of time and effort to achieve the same by hand.
