Sandvik sawblade for knife?

Howdy y'all!

So I've got a Sandvik tenon saw and I was wondering whether it would be suitable for a knife blade, and how I would do the HT - same as O1? I know it varies for different steels, so I figured I'd ask!

Unfortunately it's still in perfect working order with all teeth, so I'll get skinned alive if I cut it up, but fingers crossed it meets a hard nail...

Just get some steel from cromwel and use that!

And keep the saw sawing

Yeah, I don't plan on intentionally breaking the saw, things like that just tend to happen in my house and I like to recycle
