First of all , excuse me if my english isn`t perfect, I`m from Belgium, but I will do my best to write a decent article.
In the video about Sweden I saw Ray Mears preparing a fish, and I wanted to try it myself.
I bought a hole salmon, removing the bones with my fingers went rather easy.

Then put the salmon aside a fire to cook slowly,
the result was absolut delicious, I used no flavouring at all, no salt ,
no herbs, just the salmon, I`m not an expert, but I think because you cooke it slowly besides the fire, the fish takes somes flavours from the smoke.
Greeting from Belgium,
Chris
