Rose Hip Glut.

Just noticed at my place of work a wonderful glut of Rosehips , what can I do with them? Is Syrup the be-all and end all of its possibilities??

If you mix the syrup with vodka or some other clear spirit you might have something nice.

rose hip wine is a lovelly rose which can be finished off as a sparkling or still wine the batch I made last time was slightly on the sweet side of medium, went down a treat

I find collecting them when very ripe, splitting and cleaning out the insides, then eating them like grapes is a nice way to enjoy them and I agree there is a bit of a glut about along with lots of nice apples all going begging.

my issue with syrup is I have no small bottle or the like.
