rolson sharpening stone 5 peice set

has anyone used a rolson sharpening set, if so what do you make of them.
i got a set for £1.99 at a shop near my home and i sharpened my klipper with the big stone u get with it and its razor sharp, shaved the hairs off my arms.
as i dont know to much about knife sharpening tools i would like to hear everyones veiw on the cheap set of stones.

ps, am i suppose to use the stone dry of wet

Never seen that set but I'll keep an eye out. I use a cheap stone I got for £1.50 coupled with diamond sharpeners from Aldi. Stone works great, though I always use it wet. I think it's alluminium oxide, which always seems to clog if I don't use water.
