film cans..hmm, reminds me of (dunno why, it's all explosives) the 'nut and bolt' bomb type thingy (didn't try it myself), whereby you gently screw two bolts into a nut (now i know what you're thinking, stop that..) with a match head or two in the nut in between the bolts...then you throw it...expect chaos i think is the advice.
