Been staying with a mate in Barnstaple,Devon and have just been for a quick paddle on the Taw from Instow to Fremington Quay .

I've cycled bits of the Tarka way which runs parallel to the Taw, it's a beautiful area to go for a paddle...

We did about 15 miles the other day along the Tarka trail ...... It's a lovely area
