Ring closures for pouches.

I mentioned these in a thread but I thought it might be worth putting up in a new thread as well.

A ring makes a good simple closure for small leather bags.

I use brass rings for bigger bags or hollowed out antler rings for small ones.

This is the sort of thing I mean.

The ring is retained by a small loop that is just long enough for you to slip the ring over the top.

Of course you need to find the right sized rings but I usually have a selection knocking around and one usually fits.
