Brand new with tags. Size 9/38. Best photo for actual colour is top one with tag showing, it’s a reddish dark earth. They don’t look at all like the last picture.

Colours on the selling sites are pretty accurate.

Though they say 38s, the leg is longer than my preferred trousers, the 5.11 Taclite Pro 32/32. The elasticated waist on these Coverts is pretty good, you can see the cinching in the pics, they’d fit a 36” waist happily.

Not sure, here's a pic. I'm 32x32 and these drag on the floor. Laid on top of 5.11 Taclite Pro 32x32, they’re just a tad longer.
