There is only one label inside and no indication of size.
Each main pocket is approx. 32cm X 230

They are the regular. Great kit and mine will be going to Norway with me at the end of the month. Ideal for when you want extra capacity but dont want to carry a bigger pack + keep your regular use stuff in an easy to reach location.
