I am at the Kent Show, and took advantage of getting my beloved axe a makeover to increase the eye size, as currently it is too small and wanted a drop in tomahawk style.
The forge was more that willing to help at a very reasonable price. I was also cheeky in asking them to make a few steel strikers, for an fire lighting demo, which again they were more than happy to help with. Very kind and helpful.
In Kent it is quite hard to find an accommodating forge for those little and big personal request, but I believe I have found it. So a heads up for those of you that are in Kent, they are happy to take on any request / commission, and run training courses.
Here are some pictures and there contact details.
And a couple undertaking a course to make a and axe and a rose.
