Just thought I'd share this. I know it's been done to death but just thought I'd show my take on it.....Just finished my hammock under quilt. Cost to me is about £7, for shock cord and cord locks. I had the sleeping bag already and was given it, and the webbing is off a dead rucksack. Recycling at its best...I hope. ;-)
Cut the pillow/head bit off at the end, re stitched it and used the cut off to make a bit of a pocket inside, there's also a but of a keyper thing in it. Also did a small repair to the inside where there seemed to be a small tear in the lining in the foot box.
