Not one, that is not fit for purpose because it bends out of shape at the slightest hint of pressure.

I need a decent one suitable for cutting holes in belt leather.
 
I bought a cheap set of those hammer type punches from eBay.

I put theme in the pillar drill and polished the cutting end.

You can chap them with a hammer, use them in a pillar drill or a cordless drill. Not sure if that would your needs but they work fine and shouldn't break like the cheap plier type ones.
 
get on LePrevo and have a look at their punches, i bought 2 sets that do every size i've needed from really small to pretty big.

They cost about £7-8 a set but that are FAB.

No connection yada yada but they are def the way to go if you ask me
