Re-wet Moulding a Sheath

This is probably going to make me look pretty stupid to those 'in the know'.. But is it fine to re-wet mould a leather sheath? Or will it damage the leather in any way?

I have remoulded my generic Woodlore sheath to suit my Mora Robust, with no problems.

I beeswaxed along the line of the stitching when I made it a while back, would this still be ok?
