This sale if for the Ray Mears Woodlore knife designed and hand crafted by top knife maker Alan Wood.

Please use the photos for detailed condition of the knife. I have owned and used this knife for 10 years with great pleasure and it has seen considerable home sharpening. This being said the knife and sheath are still in fully functional condition and both have been well cared for through the years. The knife itself is still absolutely razor sharp. The sheath comes with a built in sleeve for a firesteel.

As most will be aware there is now a 10 year waiting list for this knife and it comes at £425 new, as this tool also has enormous sentimental value I would like to see £375 GBP to part ways with it. I think this is a reasonable price for what has become a highly valued and collectable knife considering the amount of time you would otherwise have to wait.

I will include the postage in this price which will be Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1300 hrs which will cost £7

Please get in touch if i can help with any further queries,

Cheers.

Hi, I am interested in your woodlore if you still have it. The only thing is I can only afford at a push about and not, this is of course up to you. I know your knife is hard to find and worth every penny you are asking. If you cannot then that is ok my good man. May I ask one other thing, your first pic of the blade, doesn't show the tip of the blade very well, is the tip in good condition or very worn. Looking forward to your reply. Kindest Regards, Craig.

Hi again, I have managed to get. together including postage. I just got a new one through after waiting 6 years and they now cost. I would like to keep this one mint and buy your one to use. Let me know what you think if you still have the knife. Craig.

10 years ago, so that original asking price is going to have increased substantially, on the off chance that it's actually available!
Yea absolutely. Still very keen to know if it’s around, or any other Ray Mears / Alan Wood / Wilkinson Sword / SWC knives.

Ah okay. No problem. Thanks for that. I’ll look to become a full member now.
Thanks.
Perhaps I could then also share some photos of my existing knives for people to see?
