Well, 5 years ago, when it was for sale, it was in "unused" condition, which generally means the same as "mint". What condition it might be in now, and who may have it, is anyone's guess.

I wonder whether Spitfire will be back on the forum to answer and lay all mystery to rest. He hasn't been seen since the end of July, so maybe.

A similar knife to this is on sale for £1249, and the 30 year one for £1275, ( at Dartmoor Knife)so no use drooling over this at that price and the advert is 5 years old.............................alas
