Does anyone knows something about this knife?

Is it a good one? The cost, for sure, is very low.
The seller told me that the knife is made in the northern part of Finland by a little maker called Rataniemi and this is the steel used: C-0,81 Mn-0,56 S-0,004 P-0,01 Si 0,35 V-0,161 Cr-0,54

Have you ever used the knife? First impressions?

I have not used that particular knife but I have used Polar blades which are similar. It looks a lovely general purpose knife and great value.

"This is a fine piece of handcraft made in the Finnish part of Lapland in a traditional northern Scandinavian way. This is a great multi-pupose knife that will stand tough usage in the forest, for hunting, fishing, carving, etc."

That says it all really and I see no reason to doubt it, look forward to the review Red.
