A chance discovery...

I put some raisins to soak in brandy and cinnamon for an apple crumble I was making.

Did slightly too many.

They've only been soaking 4 days and already the juice tastes like christmas pud. Yum.

So I've filled up the rest of the cheap brandy bottle with raisins added some cinnamon and I think I'll add some orange zest too.

Thought I'd share the idea, I'll let you know how it turns out come xmas.
