PWL handcuff holster

When I picked this up from my local boot market I was unsure what this item was.
A nice thick leather thingey could be used for an axe mask is what I thought.
Turns out it is a pouch for handcuffs, model # RCP-7/D/5
I could turn this into a mask for one of my smaller axes.

Mind you I could keep MY handcuffs in them, they should be somewhere in a draw in my bedroom.
