Public Right of Way

Hi,
I'm hoping somebody may be able to help? I'm just about to apply for a job with the Kent County Council as a Public Rights of Way Officer and I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get a copy of the documentation with out having to pay the £15 to get a paper copy sent to me? :?:
I know it sounds if I'm being a bit cheap, but if anyone out there can help or give me any further information that may help in my interview (which I'm sure to get,...ah-hem) I'd be very grateful!

Can't tell you a lot, but there is one that runs through the barracks and through the training area out back ):.
