Pub challenge.

Discussion down the pub, how would you cook a pizza? Sounds easy, but its a 10" pizza, and we're travelling by sea kayak, where the hatches are 10". Creative ideas please.

A couple of pie pans one on top of the other with pizza in the middle with coals on top and underneath.

You may have to cut into quarters to cook though

Biscuit tin oven or a rock oven off the top of my head.

Rock oven might be best basically make your fire heat up some flat rocks at the same time and construct a rough oven shape.
Remove the fire and embers from the oven and place pizza in, make a makeshift door to keep in the heat and use residual heat to cook pizza. Pizza needs very little cooking usually.
