Problems With Ironclad Outdoors!?

I recently, (Month ago) placed an order with Ironclad Outdoors, for a Hennesey Hammock and a bivi bag hoping to have it all well before the Spring meet in Bucks.:bluThinki

They have been appalling at communicating and have provided me with a load of nonsense other than one email admitting failings.

Just wondering if other people have made the mistake of ordering through their site, experienced similar problems, and who long did it take to get sorted.

I am now ordering another hammock through a different company that can guarantee next day delivery, whilst I wait to see if anything ever gets to me or I get my money back from Ironclad.

Since had a full refund and managed to find a company that guaranteed next day delivery, just in time for the Spring Moot, which was great!
