I've replaced the external zipper pulls and have wrapped the top handle, all with black/reflective paracord.
The bag itself is in great condition. Everything is still in good order - zips, internal pockets, straps, cordura panels etc. I've used it for going to and from work so the worst it has been exposed to in its life is a rain shower, and generally that will have been inside a waterproof cover anyway. I'm selling because I'm getting something a little less tactical for my daily commute!
