Hi I have got recently one PMWP and it mades some noise when shacked seems some inners lose.
Is it ok??

Yes it is OK

There is a non return valve in the pump which has a small metal ball in it so that it will suck and pump.

You should be more concerned that the unit you have is ex military 'time served' surplus stock.

All hand held Pre-Mac purifiers have a shelf life of 5 years and the military will only dispose of the equipment when it has exceeded this life. After 5 years the performance could be seriously compromised. You can replace the cartridges but make sure you buy direct or from a recognised Pre-Mac distributor.
