Yea the £6.99 for upto 10kg impressed me too, and would have been ideal for the rucksack. I am all for paying a fair rate for shipping but the rates parcel farce shipthings is a little on the excessive side.

Toddy recommended MyHermes recently and they seem very competitively priced.

I've not used them yet but I like the fact that I can drop it off at my local drop shop between 6am and 9pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 9pm on Sundays!!!

I recently saved a friend over £500 couriering 7 parcels to Romania with Transglobal Express and they use good recognised couriers who are trackable. If fact it was vastly cheaper going through them to use say DHL than going through DHL directly.
