Pocket Knife Spoon

[Kepis]

Went right back to basics this afternoon and carved a spoon using just a pocket knife and a Mora spoon knife, wood was seasoned Lime as its what i had as a suitable sized offcut, also easier on my arthritic state hands.

yup i always make a pattern for designs i like

exactly, ive some lovely carving kit and sure its easier to use than the pocket knife and gives better results, but as you say just now and again its nice to go back to basics
