Not sure how many folks watched Planet Earth II on Sunday night but if you haven't then do so on catch up, the first episode was a fantastic documentary.

Well done BBC for putting out such a high quality program notworthy

The scene with the baby iguana chased by snakes was simply amazing, real on the edge of your seat viewing. :yikes:

Was lucky enough to spend a few weeks out in the Galapagos islands a few years ago, wrong time of year to see Iggys hatching, but did get to see them grazing while snorkling

If the baby iguana's cant out run snakes on the rocks, they dont have much hope dealing with surf on jagged volcanic rock; death by snake is probably the quickest and least painful way to go compared to being battered and drowned...natural selection in action
